Killie host Livingston under the lights at Rugby Park

Kilmarnock welcome the Scottish Premiership's bottom-placed side, Livingston to Rugby Park in a match dubbed 'El Plástico' by both sets of fans. While the visitors look to boost their survival hopes, Killie will be looking to strengthen their grip on fourth place.

Team news

Derek McInnes confirmed that attacking trio Danny Armstrong, Matty Kennedy and Marley Watkins are all fitness doubts having sustained knocks in the weekend's 1-1 draw away to Motherwell. This may provide opportunities for the likes of Gary Mackay-Steven, Greg Stewart and Kevin van Veen to feature from the start. However, McInnes has admitted that Stewart and van Veen are struggling for sharpness, having struggled for minutes before arriving in Ayrshire.

Robbie Deas remains on the sidelines alongside long-term absentees Kyle Magennis and Brad Lyons.

Corrie Ndaba serves the second of his two-match suspension for his red card at home to Hibernian.

David Martindale's Lions will be without Cristian Montaño and Jack Hamilton. Michael Devlin and Kurtis Guthrie are touch and go and may not be risked.

Last time out...

When the sides met at Almondvale in December, they played out a 0-0 draw, with Livingston's Bruce Anderson failing to convert from the spot. From a Kilmarnock perspective, the game is most remembered for Magennis' hamstring injury reoccurring. Here's the best of the action from a forgettable game at the Tony Macaroni Area:

The last match between the teams at Rugby Park, however, was more memorable with Killie running out 3-1 winners with captain Kyle Vassell bagging a brace. Here at the Killie Update, we're hoping for a repeat of October's encounter:

It's the skipper's birthday today, so he'll be hoping to get on the scoresheet.
