Killie already have continental football sewn up, but will confirm fourth place and a UEFA Europa League qualifier, with the Conference League being a fallback.
Team news
Former St Mirren midfielders Brad Lyons and Kyle Magennis won't be seen in a Kilmarnock shirt again this season as they are both suffering from hamstring problems, the former's being sustained last week against Rangers, and the latter's being long-term.
Joe Wright is suspended following his dismissal at Ibrox last weekend.
Greg Stewart is back in contention following recovery from a hernia operation. James Balagizi may also return to the squad after missing recent matches with a knee injury.
St Mirren will certainly be without Jonah Ayunga and Kwon due to hamstring and knee injuries. They are both out for the season.
Kilmarnock academy graduate Greg Kiltie is a doubt, as is Ryan Strain and Scott Tanser.
Stephen Robinson will welcome Elvis Bwomono back to his squad.
Last time out...
The two side's last meeting was memorable to say the least. The Buddies were two goals up at the break, only for Killie to go on to win 5-2.
