Killie will seal a top-half finish should they beat Hearts at Tynecastle and Hibs and Dundee fail to pick up three points against Rangers or St Johnstone respectively.
Team news
Killie will be without Kyle Magennis and Brad Lyons, however, the latter is making a gradual return to training. The Northern Irish midfielder spoke to Killie TV earlier this week. Here's what he had to say:
The Jam Tarts will be without Peter Harring and Craig Halkett. Liam Boyce is also back running but isn't ready to feature yet. Steven Naismith's squad will be bolstered by the fact that Frankie Kent and Calem Nieuwenhof are fit again and may come back in against Killie.
Last time out...
The two sides last met in December, with Hearts winning 1-0 at Rugby Park. Derek McInnes will be hoping for better this afternoon.
